About Andrew Malekie

Andrew Malekie is a Managing Partner at Hatrick Real Estate and a trusted real estate advisor specializing in coastal California communities, from Playa Del Rey and surrounding Los Angeles areas down to Encinitas and greater North County San Diego. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Psychology, Andrew brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction.

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Andrew worked as an associate at a real estate investment called Montecito Venture Partners, gaining hands-on experience in property analysis, market trends, and value-driven decision-making. That investment background allows him to guide clients through complex real estate decisions with a strong understanding of both lifestyle and long-term value.

Today, Andrew co-leads the Hatrick Real Estate team alongside Coby Chatwin while continuing to work directly with buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Known for his professionalism, market knowledge, and calm leadership style, Andrew is committed to making the buying and selling process seamless, transparent, and results-driven.
